Pvt.1st Class Brandin Hutchins

I have always had a passion for working with my hands and building things. I heard about the program and knew it would be a beautiful opportunity to do just that as well as to be able to provide for my family. I loved that it’s very hands-on. We’re in the shop just about every day. Most days we’re working on multiple fittings, and the class doesn’t slow down. It’s challenging. There is never a time when it gets repetitive. Working in the sheet metal field is very detail oriented. Attention to detail is everything in the military. Having it be such a priority for so long made the transition very easy. If you’re someone who prides themselves on work ethic and loves using your hands, this is the ideal place for you.
