Fortunately for soon-to-be veterans, the International Association of Sheet Metal Air, Rail and Transportation Workers (SMART) and the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors’ National Association (SMACNA) have made easing that transition a top priority with the establishment of the SMART Heroes program.
The operating costs for the SMART Heroes program are projected to total hundreds of thousands of dollars annually. To help offset this cost and expand the program nationwide, we are seeking donations to reach as many veterans as possible.
